All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak555 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 Deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your pak555 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications providers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. pak555 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Payment Methods section of the platform. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays. pak555 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. pak555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, transactions, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. pak555 does not support multi-currency wallets. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the pak555 platform.
4.6 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak555 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Applicable dormancy fees, if any, will be disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by pak555 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by pak555 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pak555 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; exploiting mathematical errors or technical faults in game software to accumulate bonus funds; using automated betting systems or bots in conjunction with bonus play; and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, pak555 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts paid out as a result of the abuse.
5.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions. pak555 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, any wagering requirements already partially satisfied will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at pak555's reasonable discretion.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. pak555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that exceed the published maximum stake or that are placed on markets pak555 has determined to be subject to integrity concerns.
6.2 Odds & Market Changes. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be accepted, subject to the rules of the relevant market. Live in-play odds are subject to change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds prevailing at the moment of confirmation, not at the time you initiated the bet slip.
6.3 Void Bets. pak555 reserves the right to void bets where: the result of an event has been compromised by corruption or match-fixing; a manifest error in odds was present at the time of placement; an event was cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant rules; or technical errors prevented accurate processing of the bet.
6.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. Pakistan Super League, international cricket, and other Pakistan-relevant sporting markets are covered by specific market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. Where general betting rules and sport-specific rules conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence for the relevant market.
6.5 Payout Limits. Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. pak555 is not obligated to honour winnings in excess of the published maximum payout for any single bet or combination of bets.
7.1 Game Integrity. All RNG-based casino games and slot titles available on pak555 have been independently certified by recognised testing laboratories for random number generation fairness and correct return-to-player (RTP) figures. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers using physical cards and equipment, removing RNG from those game outcomes entirely.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, pak555 will use available server-side records to determine the outcome at the time of the malfunction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak555 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
9.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pak555 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts under active bonus wagering requirements may have remaining bonus balances forfeited upon voluntary closure.
9.2 Suspension by pak555. pak555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of this Agreement has occurred, where required by law or regulatory instruction, or where continued operation of the account poses an integrity or compliance risk to the platform. Pending withdrawal requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis following any mandatory investigation period.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude via pak555's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. 10.1 pak555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pak555 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak555's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pak555 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if pak555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits pak555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on the pak555 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, and data compilations — is the property of pak555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any pak555 content without prior written authorisation.
pak555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a dispute between you and pak555, you should first contact pak555 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pak555 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. 15.3 Records. pak555's server-side records constitute the definitive record of all transactions, game outcomes, and communications on the platform. In the event of a dispute, these records shall be used as the primary evidence of what occurred, subject to any manifest error.
